My 2018 Outback comes in for service every 6 mos. JP was my service advisor last week and I'll definitely request him next time. I appreciate the service department providing the checklist of their inspect my service advisor last week and I'll definitely request him next time. I appreciate the service department providing the checklist of their inspection of belts, tires, brakes, etc., and JP followed up on these items with me when I picked the car up and what I could expect on my next service (i.e. filter replacements, etc.). This was my second experience with this service center and I was not as satisfied this time. I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced but I still had to wait an unnecessarily long time. Then when I and I was not as satisfied this time. I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced but I still had to wait an unnecessarily long time. Then when I got my vehicle back I didn’t even feel positive that all of the services were completed that should have been. I’m not sure what has changed here recently but I hope to get a better experience next time! More
