Tanner helped me last week when I brought my 2013 Subaru for service. He noticed that rodents might be hanging out on my engine at night and recommended a device that would ward them away. He also brought up outstanding recalls and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the service shop fixed my Outback. Turns out all the exterior lights went out at the same time and the rodents didn't chew the wires (thank goodness!).
