Was given estimate of 500 to 800 and repair cost 1100. Essentially told the cost of assessing the issue would be 200 but if I chose to do the repair that cost would be places towards it. When I arrived the rep left right away and passed me on to someone else. I was charged 300 for assessment and it was not put toward the cost of repair. When I tried to discuss my rep was not there and they one that was had to call him and it still was not explained according to the charges on my receipt. I feel ripped off. More
They do not take good notes, have had to bring vehicle back for items they forgot to address. They replaced components that’s ere not necessary. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was disappointed that my car came out of the service bay before I was asked if I wanted the recommended service done.
