1. Door slashes/garnish strips on all 4 doors have corrosion of some kind. Not sure what is causing the corrosion. I wandered around your used cars lot and came across 4-2018 Outbacks with the same corrosion on door slashes (I took pictures). So it is not something I did or did not do. Subaru needs to correct this problem because they are using the same door slashes on all your vehicles. This makes my car look old and uncared for. I want to appreciate and enjoy my car and this is a negative. I am just outside of the warranty on this item. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me think about referring anyone to buy or buying another Subaru myself. I do not see this happening on other brands of vehicles with similar door details. 2. Water condensation on computer screen for radio. I do not know how the water got under the glass; just appear one day a couple of months ago. Cannot get inside to clean the back of the glass. Only way to fix is install a new computer. I think a new computer was ordered but the problem was not mentioned on repair invoice. Joseph Phillips said it had an extended warranty due to previous computer issues (computer quit working about a year after purchase and a replacement computer was installed). Will I receive a call when the replacement part arrives? 3.. I forgot to mention that the black protective cover on the bumper just below the tailgate is oxidizing and is making my 2018 car look older then it is. 4. Some of the bolts for the crossbars are rusting. Tech said it was surface rust. I have not been on a step ladder to inspect since my visit on 05/25/2021. These bolts are exposed to the elements and should be made of materials that can withstand sun and rain. 5. Was not given an explanation as to the extended length of time it took for the maintenance and repairs on my vehicle. My appointment for a 30,000 mile checkup was in place over a week in advance which would be plenty of time to have parts order and techs schedule for the work load on that day. I was prepared for the 4 hours I was told it would take but I did not plan on being there all day.
