Came in at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment 30,000 mile check up on a 2018 Outback was told it would take 4 hours. I did not leave until almost 4:30. Why???? Customer service training would help. Some of them are not too good 😌. I was asked if I had an appointment. Yes ! 5 minutes later I heard them say to another customer. Do you have an appointment ?
