I brought my Subaru Outback in for a Starlink update according to the notice you sent me. Brought it in April 6 @ 10am. Never got a call if it was ready. Called at 3:15 and got transferred to a voice according to the notice you sent me. Brought it in April 6 @ 10am. Never got a call if it was ready. Called at 3:15 and got transferred to a voice recording and left a message. At 3:45 came in because you close at 4:30 and was then finally told that there was a glitch and it could not install the update. Told I would be notified within 7-10 days to bring it back in but it was all okay to use in the meantime. Waited until 4:45 for my car to be brought to me. On the way home, I found out I cannot use the telephone on the car as no one can hear me but I can hear them. Called on the 7th at 9am and spoke to the service manager about this problem and was told, “there is nothing that can be done. Wait for us to call you about the needed part. We have had this happen before”. No call. I came in to Subaru on the 21st of April and FINALLY Scott in Parts explained that the old system cannot be installed again and the part is on back order and not expected to even ship until the 16th of May. On the same day, April 21st I had a message left on our home phone that the part would be in by the end of this month. This message was from someone in the Service Department. I get emails and calls once a week asking if I want to trade in for a new Subaru. Are you kidding? I cannot even get this one fixed from something you asked me to come in to have done. Am I unhappy? Absolutely. If I should get into an accident, the service I am paying for is useless because they could not hear me if I responded. Also, cannot speak on the phone fir the same reason More

They really do a great job at the service Dept and it’s appreciated. The only problem I run into upon almost every visit is the small square footage of their service area. Parking is very limited.
