Took my truck in for scheduled maintenance (oil change) under the toyota care program. I was scheduled for a 1 PM slot and arrived 15 min early. They took the vehicle right in and said it might be 30 min under the toyota care program. I was scheduled for a 1 PM slot and arrived 15 min early. They took the vehicle right in and said it might be 30 min to an hour and one-half. It was ready just under the hour. The only thing I would suggest is that if anything is found during the inspection that could be replaced/fixed immediately let the owner know. Mine needed a cabin air filter and it was done after the car was brought up by the service writer. More

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. They changed their story about what my vehicle needed every time we spoke for the first few times. They blamed bad technicians. I’m too exhausted from the terrible communication and lack of follow through to go into detail. I will say, I had to argue for two days to have them remove a part that I didn’t order, didn’t need and didn’t help my problem. Finally JoJo came through and got me a refund. By that time though, the relationship was destroyed. I still have the same problem but I’m going to find a dealership out of town to help me. I will not go back to this dealership. More
