Took my 4 runner in for 10,000 mile oil change. Didn’t have to wait long for anyone to grab my Keyes and ask what I needed. This dealership maintains excellent customer service despite its incredibly high volume. I came in 30 minutes late for an oil change with a line out the door, expecting to be turned away, and was still despite its incredibly high volume. I came in 30 minutes late for an oil change with a line out the door, expecting to be turned away, and was still greeted with a smile and put in queue for service. Clint was incredibly personable and took the time to suggest parts of the owners manual I could reference to get more familiar with my leased vehicle, he also explained all of the maintenance that was going to be done and personally walked me to a quiet area of the lounge where I could get some work done while I waited. In a time where most services are automated, and it seems that many people have lost their people skills, customer service like this is invaluable. If you need to service your Toyota, this is the place to go! More
