We have bought two vehicles from Toyota in Corpus Christi, Texas from Paul and have had nothing but good experiences. We bought a 2015 Toyota tundra with extended warranty and our starter went out. Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change that I scheduled at 8 am. When I brought this up was told “it’s based on who arrived first” yet I was one of the first to arrive. People that arrived after me left befor 8 am. When I brought this up was told “it’s based on who arrived first” yet I was one of the first to arrive. People that arrived after me left before I was able to. I understand that things happen but this always an occurs at this dealership. The service manager however publicly humiliated an employee for being late, asking him loudly what his probl down. Great job. Couldn’t be happier. This is unacceptable and will do nothing to change the employee’s behavior. How could he relate positively to customers when he knows everyone in the service area just heard home getting yelled at? The employee came out in his uniform with his head down. The service manager came out in shorts and t-shirt that did not say “Toyota employee”. The employee went back to work. The manager headed outside. There was only one professional in that exchange. More
