I enjoy coming in for easy routine things for my Cadillac but I will say that the guys there at the Toyota side are super awesome. Had a terrible experience getting my car serviced here. Took it in on a Wednesday because a bunch of warning lights had come on and was told that the service would be done by Thursday because they could ge Took it in on a Wednesday because a bunch of warning lights had come on and was told that the service would be done by Thursday because they could get the part quickly. Called Thursday afternoon and was told that the part was there and the mechanic was currently working on it. That was the only time that I spoke with my assigned advisor during the entire process. Was never contacted with information and had to call every time I wanted an update on the car. Every time I called the answer was "the mechanic is working on it right now and it will be done today". It took until Saturday for it to be finished and the mechanic took it on a test drive literally right before the service department was going to close (again, I found all of this info out because I called the department to ask for an update). The only reason I was able to pick it up was because they had someone staying until 6 to do closing activities, otherwise I would have been out of luck and wouldn't have gotten it until Monday. I was never offered a loaner car and had to miss work because of this process and lack of communication. Ultimately, everyone I talked to was very kind, but they didn't provide reasonable expectations or accommodations, which I would expect when paying thousands of dollars for work to be done. Would not recommend anyone take their car here if there are any other options available. In the future I will only be getting my car diagnosed here if necessary and then getting the work done elsewhere. Also, if Adrian is your service advisor, expect to never hear from him. More
I arrived at 9 am and my advisor, Julian was not in yet! Mrs. LoLa was there, and she asked my husband if he bought the truck at Auto Nation numerous times because she could not find the information. My husband told Mrs. Lola that the truck breaks were squeaking, and she replied that it was surface rust, and nothing could be done. Surface rust on a 2022 Tundra! I quess, she is also a mechanic. We sat in the waiting room for almost 4 hours. Julian never came to look for us or gives us an update. I went to the desk and ask Mrs. Lola the status on my truck, and she replied very forcefully, who is your advisor! I said Julian and he was sitting next to her, and he said what is the name I told him Margarita Ortiz and we have been waiting for almost 4 hours. I will go and check. He came back that they were going to test drive it for the squeaking of the brakes, but that Toyota is aware of the problem on all 2022 Tundras and until they find a resolution nothing can be done. He came back to us after 30 minutes and said the technician found no squeaking on the truck and he would get the truck ready for us. We waited FOUR hours, and the ticket said it was worked on at 9:23am. Julian failed to check on the truck and it just sat there until I approached them to inquire about the truck. He said your truck is ready and we are finished with it and the technician found no squeaking and when Toyota does the recall, we will let you know. My husband asked did they rotate the tires and Julian said yes. The ticket says no tire rotation was done! The only thing that was done was the oil change. Mrs. Lola was very rude and acts like she owns the company. Julian just did not take care of us and showed no remorse for having us wait for over 4 hours. We left Auto Nation at almost 1 pm. I am very upset and I will contact Toyota today. More
