It was worst experience. yesterday. I called for appointment as the car was makin funny noises. They gave 2 pm appointment. I went 15 minutes ahead of time. Till 5 pm nothin yesterday. Finally I got fed up of waiting and asked they stop whatever they were doing and took my car out.. They did not have the courtesy to tell what they did or did not do with the car. Last week I had taken it for safety check for state license. Since then the noise started. Luckily the noise has stopped now. I am sure the tech did something in the back and did not tell us.
