I brought my 2021 Sienna in for the 30,000 mile service and told them I’m from out of town and had driven about 2,000 so far with another 1,300 miles ahead of us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we got and told them I’m from out of town and had driven about 2,000 so far with another 1,300 miles ahead of us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we got back to our home out of state, that I realized , only part of the service was completed. I received an oil change and throttle body clean - which I knew I didn’t really need but whatever, but didn’t get the tires rotated or any of the filters changed. I inspected my filters and they were nasty so I went to my home dealership to do the inspection and tire rotation and I bought all the air filters and install them. I did get a refund but what a big oversight considering I told them about how many miles I’ve been driving and how many more I had a head of us. It made me feel like they didn’t care because I’m from out of town. More
I had a repair that due to an aftermarket part did not last very long. AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi staff including the Service Advisor Steve Morin and the Manager Andrew Rice were exceptional beyon last very long. AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi staff including the Service Advisor Steve Morin and the Manager Andrew Rice were exceptional beyond belief in providing a long term remedy. Toyota autos, service and people have been exceptional in my 50 years of ownership of Toyota products. More

For the first time in 8. 5 years, my Avalon Hybrid had to be towed to Autonation due to a dead battery. Steve in the service department kept me informed every step of the way 5 years, my Avalon Hybrid had to be towed to Autonation due to a dead battery. I brought my vehicle but there was no update, left a messages and still no update. Service advisor xxxxxxxx! I brought my Toyota 4Runner for oil change. When we drove home, about 6 miles from Autonation, the engine stopped. There were no acceleration, brake and power steering. Me and my wife almost hit the light post because we don't have control on the vehicle. I called the dealer to tow my vehicle back to Toyota Autonation. Next thing you know, it was my fault because of radiator leak. But there was no leaks on radiator when we brought it to dealer. There is no leaks also when we drove home. Foremost, you don't let the customer drive the unsafe vehicle. More
