Recently took my 2021 tacoma in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a few days I started noticing a noise coming from the rear end of my truck. So I drove with my windows down and was able to pi tire rotation. After a few days I started noticing a noise coming from the rear end of my truck. So I drove with my windows down and was able to pin point that the noise was coming from my rear passenger wheel, so I removed the cover on my wheel and discovered that my lug nut was not installed but just floating around inside the wheel cover. Went ahead and installed the lug nut to my wheel and checked the rest of my wheels for loose lug nuts. Very disappointing that this was overlooked and that my vehicle was returned to me in that condition. More
