Very disappointed w this service experience. My caution light came on for my Toyota. So I brought the car in for service. The rep told me I needed routine maintenance. But I asked why did My caution light came on for my Toyota. So I brought the car in for service. The rep told me I needed routine maintenance. But I asked why did the caution light come on? I agreed to the maintenance, paid over $600 and the. The next day the caution light came on again! What happened! Why couldn’t they find out WHY the caution light was on the first time I brought the car in? Also- the interior of the vehicle was dirty, black handprints on the door and no car wash, no interior “wipe down” as advertised. “Each car is sanitized”. Ha! Very disappointed More
Jojo in the service department is the hardest working service rep at the dealership! Not only does she significantly service more customers. The service she provides is spot on! Fast, efficient, professi service rep at the dealership! Not only does she significantly service more customers. The service she provides is spot on! Fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. While others are walking around & telling the customers they’ll be with us shortly she steps up and says “next in line”. And when I pick up my car the interior is always clean. Can’t say that about other dealers or service centers. More
Your service department is very friendly and courteous. However, it was taken care of. Other than this issue, it seems as if your service department is very organized and there are enough people there to assist you. More

This time I had to wait 1.
