My first visit included a return visit. Arrived at 8am for a low coolant level alert. This was after the first oil change at 3m miles. Any way I started calling the device rep at 2pm never responded back. Long story short they kept car overnight because they couldn't figure out how to get the coolant level right. This visit included a three and a half hour wait because service advisor forgot to get paperwork in for the service requirements.
