We were pre-approved for the sale amount Buyers Beware. We found a Ford F-150 on eBay we really loved. We put a $500 deposit down on this vehicle. We were pre-approved for the sale amount and scheduled a time to make the 2 hour drive to examine it. Unfortunately upon arrival we discovered this vehicle was grossly misrepresented in the eBay and website descriptions. The rims were spray painted. The custom body paint was peeling. The exhaust was cut short to make it sound louder. The tire tread was past the replacement marks. A test drive revealed a severe front end problem. Every bump or brake would send the vehicle into another lane. Upon further investigation the front tires were worn on the inside down to the radials confirming a front end problem. We did not even feel safe driving this vehicle home. We declined to purchase this vehicle and we're immediately told our deposit would be credited back to our Visa within 3-5 days. Every week we have been promised our deposit back. We're now under the impression they intend to keep our deposit. Buyers Beware. More

I live in North Canton Ohio 44720, so the dealership was only about a 50 minute drive. In the end it was well worth the 50 minute drive to purchase this car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly approached by a salesman named Jeff Payne. He introduced himself and we began discussing the Volvo. Jeff showed me the car on the lot and I inspected it and then took the car for a test drive. When I arrived back at the dealership, Jeff and I began to talk numbers and began the process of purchasing a car.
