We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, provided a down payment, and signed a contract. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide us with a copy of the paperwork, claiming it would be emailed down payment, and signed a contract. Now, we are being told that the financing did not go through, that they want the car returned, and that the contract is invalid — yet they still refuse to give us a copy of the documents we signed. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. If you choose to do business here, insist on receiving all paperwork in hand before leaving the dealership. I have bought 2 vehicles and both has had to have new motors put in. The first was still under manufacturer warranty so it was replaced, the second vehicle did not have any warranty and after having the motors put in. The first was still under manufacturer warranty so it was replaced, the second vehicle did not have any warranty and after having the vehicle for only 2 months I was quoted $6,500 plus taxes and labor to replace the motor on a vehicle that cost e $32,000. I am a disabled veteran with major health problems and now this is going to impact my credit as I can not afford the motor replacement nor can I afford to pay for a vehicle I can not use. I will never darken their door again. They have lost my trust and my business. If you decide to buy from this dealer make sure you have some kind of protection in place. More
