I inquire about a vehicle, and spoke with someone with 5 minutes or less. Tony was my salesman and he did an excellent job, I'm out of state and the purchase went extremely well, didn't have to leave my ho minutes or less. I saw a posting for a crossover/SUV that I was interested in on the TrueCar website, and Kim Lopez with Autos of Forney reached out shortly after I expressed my interest to set up an appointment the next day in on the TrueCar website, and Kim Lopez with Autos of Forney reached out shortly after I expressed my interest to set up an appointment the next day for a test drive. I was impressed with Kim's attention to detail and her customer service throughout the buying experience. I've dealt with other car dealerships that have resorted to pressure tactics and throughout the process both Kim and the Finance Team exhibited professionalism and customer service that made the transaction not like other past bad experiences. Kim listened to my concerns and in the end, I purchased a vehicle that fits my current needs, Autos of Forney addressed all of the concerns I had throughout the process, and I left a happy customer.
