Took my truck in for an oil change and non fuctional a/c. A/C was diagnosed but I was told it would be 3 weeks to get an appointment. I set the appointment and brought my truck back for a job I was told woul A/C was diagnosed but I was told it would be 3 weeks to get an appointment. I set the appointment and brought my truck back for a job I was told would be 1 to 2 days. 3 days later, I called and was told my tuck was not in the bays yet, but would hopefully be started the next day. Several days later I called again and same response, truck has not been taken back yet, but hopefully in the next couple of days. This went on for 3 weeks. Why schedule an appointment if you are unable to work on the vehicle at the allotted time? When I received the truck back, I had a check light, and low coolant light. I was told it was just a bubble in the system, and w as given my truck back again. I still have intermittent coolant light issues, and a check engine light after getting the truck back. More

Communication between "front desk" and techs is horrible. Communication with customer is horrible. No one knows up from down and they barely do the bare minimum. Pavel helped me out on my recent visit to the service department. I had some issues with my brakes, and even with the team being busy with their current workload, was able to come out and take a look. department. They had the parts in house, and was able to fix my issue within a couple of hours! I was very impressed with the service department, and I really appreciate Pavel with the help he provided getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee up and running again so quickly! Thank you Pavel! More
