Instead, I spent 630.00$ and still wasn't satisfied. I needed my tires rotated and I was adamant about that part of the service. I would have paid for that part of the service. Not sure if I want to do business with Auto Star simply cause of one big fat trick that my tires were rotated and the fact that I was charged 630.00 $ and still not satisfied. I will take my business elsewhere to get my tires rotated. I will only do warranty related things there on my 2025 jeep. My car is still under warranty 6 months old and I had to spend 630.00$ I feel like Auto Star is ripping me off and I will get to the bottom of this. Thanks Allen More

David Gilbert in sales was informative and helpful. Daniel Hutchins provided thoughtful conversation, explanations, and instruction for the final financing, warranty, and paperwork. The fact the dealership is in town and has a highly rated service department is also a plus. I will likely be a repeat customer, although hopefully not too soon. Subarus are great for our high altitude climate and having a responsive dealer in town is a bonus. More

This plan is supposed to be good at any jeep or chrysler dealership nationwide. I've used this for oil changes at two different dealerships in denver and one in Washington state with no problem. I was told that your dealership would not honor this prepaid plan. I picked up my vehicle and left and have an appointment to have it done elsewhere. I've been a customer of this dealership since 2002 under different ownership and I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs and purchased new vehicles from that dealership. I'm a local homeowner in summit county but I will take all of my business to Denver from now on. You have lost my business in that of my family for life. More
