Also didn't have the part for the recall that I had made an appointment for a week earlier. I was charged $117 for a diagnosis for a problem that you couldn't fix for a lack of a part and then I had the work done else where for 70% of the estimated cost by you, not counting the cost of the diagnosis. Someone scheduled my appointment on Saturday, I drove 45+ minutes and found out they weren’t open. I was rescheduled for Monday, took a day off work because of the mid-scheduling & then they gave me a very s minutes and found out they weren’t open. They were so thoughtful in getting a loaner vehicle during my 120,000 service but then when traffic on I-70 was a horror over a holiday weekend, including fatal accidents and closures, there was no iss during my 120,000 service but then when traffic on I-70 was a horror over a holiday weekend, including fatal accidents and closures, there was no issue in allowing me to keep the loaner over the weekend until Monday. Thank you so much for the logical yet generous allowance.
