Called Auto Star about getting diagnostic & repair & Service Advisor Ron(?) said bring it in next am before 10. Got there before 9, diagnostic ordered by Brad Rush (SA) showed TCV needed replacement. Work done by 2:30pm! You folks are heroes in my book! Brad kept me up on what was going on all the way, recommended good food nearby & my trip was barely interrupted. Thanks so much. We went in to the dealership for maintenance with no intention to buy a car. We ended up really liking the floor model of the new Outback redesign. I was expecting a two to three hour diagnostic appointment and had made plans…the appointment ended up being five hours. But, like I said, I didn’t have to come back another day for the repair. More
