Sadly, I don’t have a positive review here. This is my second visit to this Dealership now. The first time was great, this last visit wasn’t up to par. I felt like I was dismissed by the Servic This is my second visit to this Dealership now. The first time was great, this last visit wasn’t up to par. I felt like I was dismissed by the Service Woman who took in my paperwork. I was trying to tell her that I wanted her to schedule an appointment for a week out, to go through my Jeep , but she just came back with two pieces of paper and said sign here, the waiting room is that way! So why bring your vehicle to a place where you get to experience that unpleasantness first hand? I don’t care if the Lady was unhappy at her job or whatever her problem was. I will make sure to use another Dealership next time. Simply, to treat people with respect and kindness is not a hard deal. More
