It is hard to say if I would recommend this service center. Over the 13 years since I bought my truck from them with an additional 'lifetime' warranty, there have been some bumps in the road. When my engine produced a code and went into the service dept it was determined that the block was warped. It was hard to believe because it is such a rare occurrence, and the truck was running perfectly when I dropped it off, just had a code. The service dept determined a warranty price to fix the engine. Chrysler determined that the price of repair (again determined by the dealership) was more than the truck was worth. It was so close that it felt like a push to be bought out of the 'lifetime' warranty. When I bought the truck and the 'lifetime' warranty, it was never mentioned to read the small print that it might not last the lifetime of the truck, it was misleading. I wish the service center could have gone to bat for me on this one. Reluctantly, I decided to move forward to have this service center replace my engine. Jake was nice enough to ask and get $800 taken off the parts bill for me. When I picked up the truck and paid approximately $13,000 (because my check from Chrysler had not arrived yet so I had to front the total cost) the truck was handed over to me and it was so dirty from spending 1 1/2 months at the dealer that I could barely see through the dirty windshield. How is that for customer service? This is a car dealership and delivering a clean car should be a no-brainer, especially paying that size of a bill.
