The guys from outside came back from came in office again, saw standing and had to ask them again help me and they was sitting there doing anything. Another landing was standing behind me also no one assist also. One the employee just walk pass her. The lady said good morning because they did not acknowledge her either. Came in for a service, had a $7,658 estimate on repairs. Denied all them for a second opinion, came to pick up my car that was supposed to be $245 for the basic check and they tried to charge me over $600 f Denied all them for a second opinion, came to pick up my car that was supposed to be $245 for the basic check and they tried to charge me over $600 for an oil change and rotation of tires. When I contested the price and showed what they sent me which was the $245 charge, they changed it to $450 which I had to pay. This place has ripped me off more than ever, i love my jeep but I am trading it in and getting a Hyundai because your service is that horrendous. More
