Terrible Service I stopped by the service department because I had multiple dash lights turn on in my 2016 Durango & couldn't drive faster than 40mph. I was told that I stopped by the service department because I had multiple dash lights turn on in my 2016 Durango & couldn't drive faster than 40mph. I was told that the next available appointment was 6 weeks away!!! When I asked if he was serious he told me go somewhere else. I left and called Slimans in Amherst and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Terrible experience! More

First of all they said he could not test drive the vehicle now there trying to say that's what they said first but when he was going to by the vehicle they would of let him, but never once did they say do you want to test drive this vehicle cause had he done so he would of noticed how loud the tires are and the fact me his wife that has a tumor in her pituitary gland can't handle the noise of something like this without getting sick or headaches he would of not bought the vehicle so 4 hours later we tried to return this and they said no, cause what it comes down to is the money and Ed Tomko dealership is only about the dollar bill. So know after dishing out tons of money on a vehicle we have to go by new tires. So thanks for being the worst experience of my life and I hope karma gets ya. More

I can't say one bad thing from my experiences there, not one thing! The Service dept. team, the secretaries, salespeople, finance dept. and owners are each an asset to Ed Tomko's Dealership! My salesperson, Jerrol Walker is awesome! Jerrol is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly, and not "pushy"! I came to Tomko's to have my tires rotated on my 2014 Jeep, and ended up leaving with a 2016 Jeep (which I purchased of course)! Lol! I often recommend Ed Tomko Dealership and will continue to do! Have to express my gratitude and thanks to Mike, and especially to Paul and Greg Tomko! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I have a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I have owned for less than a month. The lock that secures the center console seized up and would not open, leaving my work ID, insurance card, garage door opener, etc. trapped inside. Earlier in the week, I had ordered and paid for two sets of splash guards through Ed Tomko's service department. Ironically, when I first discovered that the lock was broken, I was in my driveway (unable to gain access to my garage/garage door opener) when I received the call from Ed Tomko that my splash guards were ready for pick up. I mentioned the problem with the lock and was reassured that they would be able to fix the problem when I came to pick up the parts. After picking up my parts, I was directed to the Service Department. I explained the problem with the lock and that the employee that I spoke with over the phone stated that someone would be available to fix it that day. The service department employee informed me that there were no appointments available for over two weeks! I emphasized the sense of urgency needed to resolve this issue (I work for a government facility...no work ID/clock-in's = FIRED), and the minimal amount of time that would be required to resolve the issue, but it all fell on deaf ears. The employee's response was, "Go somewhere else if you need it done faster," and went back to staring at his computer screen! At this point, I asked to speak with the manager of the service department because of the employee's rude, disrespectful, and dismissive attitude. After the Service employee and manager spoke, I was directed to the manager's office where again, I explained my situation and how I was told over the phone that the issue could be resolved that day. He responded by calling me a liar in front of my 6 year old daughter!!!! He said, "There's no way anyone would have told you that." I calmly responded by stating, "Sir, I assure you that the gentleman I spoke with did." His smart-mouthed response was, "Well then, let's go find him." We walked over to the parts department and found the person that I spoke with on the phone. When confronted by his manager and myself, he did the right thing and told the truth...he told his manager, in front of all of his coworkers, that he DID tell me the issue could be resolved that day. So what was the manager's response? Again, a nasty remark! He told me, "So you want it looked at today? Fine. [To the Part's employee] YOU can go out there and take a look at it then. [To me] And by the way, he's not a mechanic." I have NEVER experienced this level of disrespect as a customer! The young man that came out to look at my vehicle was very nice and understanding of my problem. He attempted to open the console with my key, but he too could not get it unlocked. He also recommended taking the vehicle elsewhere...or worst case, breaking the console open! At this point, I'd heard enough!!! In summary, I will NEVER take my vehicle to this dealership again or purchase any Jeep parts through them. I strongly advise against anyone else using their Service Department and I am seriously reconsidering my purchase of a Jeep vehicle if I cannot find a quality maintenance provider!!! More

However, the manager that works the desk is extremely rude to their customers. Also, if they need your vehicle overnight, they will not offer you a free loaner vehicle. They will offer you an "opportunity" to rent a vehicle. What a racket! They take your 40K and then that is it...no service, no follow-up, no care. What a shame for a business in this day and age!
