They were able to do the unthinkable for my mother, she did not have the best of credit and/or the money to put down on a vehicle. They were able to help her get financed for a vehicle at a decent rate and she ended up leaving the dealership with a vehicle within a few hours. Turn in and lease new vehicle I went to Ed Tomko in Avon Lake Ohio because the lease to my current vehicle was up. I was very happy to see that Jerrol Walker was working as he has I went to Ed Tomko in Avon Lake Ohio because the lease to my current vehicle was up. salesman refused to answer questions I completed an online request via the dealer's web site to obtain my current vehicle's trade in value. After completing all the information I was giv I completed an online request via the dealer's web site to obtain my current vehicle's trade in value. After completing all the information I was given no value and instead told I'd be contacted. I was then contacted by a Michael Ferguson via email who still did not provide my trade in value. I then asked Mr. Ferguson specifically for the trade in value as well as details for a lease advertised in the Plain Dealer. Ferguson sent me a simple email stating that he would only discuss my trade in if I went to the dealership. I then again asked for at least specifics for the lease details and an estimate for my trade (I live an hour away so dropping by was not an option). Ferguson never responded. This is classis 1980's rip off car salesman tactics. This is their way of saying "come in and we'll beat you over the head till you buy a car". No Thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. More
