WORST dealership I've ever stepped into AVOID GERALD WALKER AT ALL COST!! He lied to me over the phone of the deal he would offer for the Jeep Cherokee. I drove 45 minutes there, the entire AVOID GERALD WALKER AT ALL COST!! He lied to me over the phone of the deal he would offer for the Jeep Cherokee. I drove 45 minutes there, the entire staff was incredibly rude. I waited 1.5 hours to be helped. He wasted by time by telling me he essentially lied to me and gave me a bogus offer in which he refused to put on paper. COMPLETE waste of time. INCREDIBLY condescending and rude. Drove over to MAZDA elyria for a much better, honest experience. More
