Walked away with a Dodge Charger ! There was no "upselling", just making sure I was pleased as a customer. This was my first trip to Ed Tomko (due to me living in Huron, Ohio) but will definitely recommend this dealership and Ron to my friends and family! I took out my phone, entered Dodge dealers and as luck would have it Ed Tomko came up!! As soon as we pulled in and started looking, Ron Rogers introduced himself, and asked if he could help in any way. We told him what we wanted and he did his utmost to accommodate us. I walked in as a hungry pregnant lady, who had spoken to salesmen for every major car manufacturer over the last five months. I was not in the mood for dealer games. Ron Rogers greeted me, and I'm fortunate that he did. He was knowledgeable without being overbearing. He knew what I was looking for, and focused in on that for me. He was patient with me while I worked out the details with my husband and finalized our decision. He streamlined EVERY step of the process. There were no tricks or fine print. He even prepared our paperwork ahead of time, since my husband was coming to sign everything during a break from work. I have already recommended Ron and Ed Tomko to my family and will continue to do so. They are truly a dying breed of neighborhood dealerships. More
