Great overall experience My wife and I came to Ed Tomko with the hopes of purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. We had set our appointment up the previous day with Ron Rogers. We went to many dealers around town and then stopped down to Ed Tomko last, which is the closet to our house. We test drove a Town and Country last year just to see what a non-Ford would be like. Since then we knew what type of vehicle would fit our needs as a family, but the pricing was higher than we wanted. Ron worked with us and wasn't pushy at all. I felt very comfortable, which isnt often at a dealership. Ron knew what we wanted and why we wanted it and was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone! More

Dealing with Ed Tomko Chrysler of Avon Lake I have lived in Avon Lake for forty years and have visited the Tomko lot on several occasions. When it was decided that I purchase a new vehicle Tom I have lived in Avon Lake for forty years and have visited the Tomko lot on several occasions. When it was decided that I purchase a new vehicle Tomko was the only lot I visited because I preferred the Dodge van lines. However, after speaking with Mr. Ferguson, I decided that I would go with the Chrysler line instead, so I sent my husband to do all the paper work (which he does better as he knows more about cars than I). We were treated very well. He was very informative and efficient. Because all came together, I am now enjoying my new van, but perhaps not as much as the grandsons! Thanks, Ed Tomko Chrysler! More

A dealer in Colorado gave better service to our leased car The Service department at this location is rude and curt. My boyfriend is leasing a dodge but it was not purchased from this location and when he call The Service department at this location is rude and curt. My boyfriend is leasing a dodge but it was not purchased from this location and when he called to schedule an appointment to get a problem fixed (as this location is closest to our home) this location said first available appointment is three months away. I have a recall on a jeep I purchased at this location and when I called to get it in and fixed they said anytime next week I'm open.... Ummmm yea and you just told my boyfriend you had no openings for three months. And they were not polite during my call either. They always sound inconvenienced. Our new Dodge was leased out of a different location as we got a way better deal and that is not our fault. We were also told that any dodge dealer would service the vehicle no problem... Well I guess not this one. We were in Colorado and stopped in with this same dodge vehicle and they ran diagnostics on it and were willing to fix it next day but we had to come home and called this dealer who said three months out... Come on.. I will not re-buy any vehicle from here again as they are not appropriate. More
