Jarrol (Jay) was exceedingly helpful in assisting me in purchasing my first car. He was friendly, straight-forward, and willing to go the extra mile. Jay was easily reachable, as I was driving from out of town and made several phone calls beforehand! He and his team made the car purchasing process painless. Would 100% recommend Ed Tomoko Chrystler. Thanks! More

That didn’t solve the problem and when I called to take it back in I was told they didnt have anyone available to work on transmissions that their mechanic was on leave and wouldn’t be back for two months. I tried to schedule for then and was told to call back at that time because mechanic may not be back. Very rude! More

A young adult just looking at cars. I am very interested in there mustang they got in their lot so I wanted to test drive it. Me and my buddy walked in the door, made eye contact with TWO SALESMAN and they both turned around and didn’t even acknowledge us. Felt soo uncomfortable. My friend had basically chase someone down to talk to them. Once we finally got there attention, I asked to test drive there car cause I’m very interested in it. He BASICALLY SUMS UP THAT I CANT AFFORD THAT CAR(keep in mind he has no idea who I am, how much I make, anything. The only thing he knew is that I needed a co-signer. He told me that if we aren’t gonna talk numbers then there is no sense of test driving?!? WHY WOULD I TALK NUMBERS IF I HAVENT DROVE THE CAR?!? WHAT IF THE CAR DOESNT EVEN START? His logic made absolutely no sense. I felt so disrespected. I even said that to him. No wonder why this place has bad reviews. More

I stopped in the dealership on Friday afternoon and looked around, talking with a salesman by the name of Anthony Crawford. I returned early Saturday morning, and told him I would like to get a deal done in an hour or so. After some confusion over whether the Sterling Limited Edition was a 2017 or 2018 on my part, Anthony told me they were 2018s. I also needed some understanding of the difference between the Sterling Edition and the OverLand. I was pushed to just "offer a price", was told by trade was worth $7500, and was then told by Anthony's manager not to "waste my salesman time" at 9:20 am on a Saturday morning (I was the only prospect on the floor) as I tried to get some additional pricing information off my smart phone. Three (3) days later I am back in Chicago and driving my new Grand Cherokee OverLand, purchased in back in Chicago. They game me 13,750 for my OutBack. But more importantly, the Chicago staff was professional, respectful, and knew the product. They embraced a knowledgeable client that embraced technology. I have never been asked to leave a store as I do research. Poor, very poor. I will never recommend the store and strongly encourage others to shop at other metro Jeep stores. More

I have bought 2 trucks here I highly recommend Jerrol Walker as a salesperson and their finance department is amazing. However, the service department is shady... When we turned I highly recommend Jerrol Walker as a salesperson and their finance department is amazing. However, the service department is shady... When we turned in one truck to buy another, we accidentally left some ratchet straps in the storage compartment. We went back to get them, and the truck was there but the straps weren't. Every time the service department needs to check your computer, they will charge you $100 whether they figure out what is wrong or not. They just say, "we reset the computer". Our check engine light came on in the new truck. They charged us $100 and told us to screw the gas cap on tighter. Rip off! We needed rear rotors and pads: $550... Are you kidding me? More
