I had inquired about a vehicle I saw on line twice about a week before someone reached out to me and a day later it sold. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and considerate including one of the managers but a week before someone reached out to me and a day later it sold. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and considerate including one of the managers but they were either way too busy to deal with internet business (which is good for them) or I fell through the cracks. No clue which it was. I have no other dealings with them and have nothing against them. Just telling my experience for you to do with it what you will. More
This dealership was very friendly and people oriented. I had the pleasure of dealing with a nice gentleman named Amir. Especially since i had bad credit no other dealers would work with me but i found a diamond in the rough with this dealership and Amir. Purchased a car from this dealership on 4/28. The car had a "moderate" accident on its carfax report so I opted to play it safe and also purchase the optional warranty as well. It took less than 1 day to determine that the vehicle had several issues, which while a nuisance, I had the "major guard" warranty to cover it....Or so I thought. Turns out the warranty company "doesn't cover" the vast majority of things that need to be repaired. A $3000 fee was included in the sales price for their "safety inspection" in which somehow they forgot to check the basic fluids, had no freon in it so the A/C didn't work and the transmission had an error code that wasn't addressed. So I'm out roughly $6000 on their warranty that doesn't cover anything and their inspection that didn't fix anything and now I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs as well. When I try to call them to address these issues they have my name wrong in the system each time. I also still haven't heard a word from their Title & Registration department in regards to getting plates for my purchase. This was not just the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car, its the worst experience I've ever heard of. I will likely never buy a pre-owned vehicle again. The salesman (Ari) was a nice guy though. More

Extremely disappointed in these people, they claim that the cars are fully inspected well not really. The car i purchase needed a basic oil change, an auxiliary battery air vent trim loose (after they clai the cars are fully inspected well not really. The car i purchase needed a basic oil change, an auxiliary battery air vent trim loose (after they claimed it was fixed) and last but definitely not least the first day i took the car home it had an brake fluid leak and had to take it back the next day and spend half a day waiting for them to fix it and was told one of the lines burst, but if they were thoroug enough they would have noticed it. Those mechanics are clueless and it seems they have no supervisor. I go in to pick up my plates only to be told that department is closed on saturdays, well why not mention that when you called? Its only been 3 weeks and everyday the car displays a different "error" today's issue is A/C fan not working i believe most of the issues are because of the battery needing replacement which they agreed to order. Guess what? Yup they didn't order it. I complained to ray and he went to get a manager only to be told they were busy. Then i see one of them pass by i believe his name is juan doing nothing at that point i just gave up, i knew they didn't give a crap. And on top of the $2995 dealer fee they charge they also squeezed a 72 month finance term that i had not approve i clearly remember it being 60 months.But that one is on me for not being thorough. I was told today by ray "they are machines they break sometimes" I get that but this is an 18k car giving me issues that were supposed to be check by these idiots, just an absolut horrible experience for me and i will be looking to file complaints anywhere i can.
