I was sold a TOTAL LEMON w an additional charge of almost $7 grand in HIDDEN FEES!!! Car has had 4 issues And they do nothing to reconcile the situation! SCAM ARTISTS! If you call they tell you to leave your number bc someone will get back to you- BUT they never do!! This dealership was completely unprofessional and incredibly aggressive towards its customers. The car I was showed was nothing like the one photographed in that the inside was horrible and appeared incredibly aggressive towards its customers. The car I was showed was nothing like the one photographed in that the inside was horrible and appeared to have an animal living in the roof liner that was detached and causing droppings and other materials to be dropping onto the seat below. Not only that but before we were even able to turn the car on to confirm that it was working up to safety standards, the salesman began to try and force us to agree on a price that was over $5,000 over the price listed on multiple car buying websites. And to top off the whole experience when we arrived and confirmed our SCHEDULED appointment the salesman tasked us with wandering throughout their lot of cars to try and find the vehicle that was not at all prepared or ready to be shown. The people selling the vehicles were rude, completely uncooperative, and made for a horribly uncomfortable experience that has forever forced me to do more research before ever attempting to visit another used car. More
