The car that I got was not inspected it has a fortune in issues the radio doesn’t work except to go full volume out of nowhere and nearly caused a wreck. The exhaust is loose covered in dents warning lights coming on and off multiple warning lights and I’ve been calling I even showed up but I’m being ignored it’s been a month and I can’t hear music just loose exhaust and maybe a transmission issue I want to know if you guys can at least make this drivable i’m just truly truly disappointment and I feel incredibly taken advantage of the only thing I could do now is post on every message board that I can find the salesman was either deliberately evasive with not telling me what was wrong with the car or the mechanic was completely inapt but somebody was trying to get over on me . Avoid this dealer scamming $4,995 prep fee. Purchased a Mercedes Benz here early October. Low miles , 2015.. we traded in a min 2018 Toyota that we regret now.. me and the wife left for 3 weeks Purchased a Mercedes Benz here early October. Low miles , 2015.. we traded in a min 2018 Toyota that we regret now.. me and the wife left for 3 weeks and came back to the state and started driving the car and it can’t handle highway speed as it vibrates and vibrates and thumping gets louder and worse when braking past 50MPH. I’ve tried contacting dealer 4 times , 3 phones calls, 1 time in person about this issue. I keep being told the person I gotta schedule service with is busy or on the phone. I was there standing for 10 minutes picking up plates and wanted to speak about the issue for a resolution. But the “person” was busy and the front people made me a note with contact info, that they probably tossed away. When you see axis motor cars, steer away. The 4,995$ dealer prep fee for repairs is a scam for them to make more money from there fair deal pricing you see online. More
