2 hours to get there for nothing. I was told over the phone that my proof of income and my credit score were good enough to get the car. I explained multiple times over the phone that I was told over the phone that my proof of income and my credit score were good enough to get the car. I explained multiple times over the phone that i live 2 hours away and i was not going to drive there for nothing. I was reasurred numerous times i would be leaving with a car. After being there for 4 hours they tell me my credit score and proof of income are not good enough to get the car... the same things they reassured me about over the phone multiple times. Not only did i not get the car. But they didnt try to work with me one bit. Did not even offer any other options. Absolute waist of time. The only good part about this place is the girl who works at the desk! More

Worst Car Buying Experience If I could give negative stars, I would. Our car salesperson, Samantha, promised that the 2015 Toyota Sienna my husband and I bought was “in perfect c If I could give negative stars, I would. Our car salesperson, Samantha, promised that the 2015 Toyota Sienna my husband and I bought was “in perfect condition.” We requested still photos of any dents/scratches. None were sent. A rather quick video clip was sent though. To avoid going through the very headache we are now with cosmetic/mechanical issues, I decided to follow up our phone call with an email (to be approved by management) to create a paper trail in hopes the dealership would stick to their promises, that the vehicle was “in perfect condition.” Upon receiving our van through a shipping company and receiving our shipping company’s report (pictures included) before loading at the dealership, the clearly visible dents/scratches on the car were refuted by management as “water marks.” There is also a 2 foot long crack in the windshield (the only thing management “tried to help us out with”...still not owning the fact that the vehicle had damage BEFORE being shipped. Never, have I felt so cheated with a vehicle purchase. Not to mention, now one of the sliding doors will not close and has to be manually closed. The story continues with lots of back and forth with management and their inability to own the fact that we were lied to just for a sale. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SHAME ON YOU, AXIS MOTORCAR! More

Dishonest, fake prices listed, lie to any extend to get you there. I drove from VA to NJ after agreed on the price 19900 + 495 dealer fee, but when I got there they forced me to buy warranty 3000 gap for 1500 a there. I drove from VA to NJ after agreed on the price 19900 + 495 dealer fee, but when I got there they forced me to buy warranty 3000 gap for 1500 and pre-delivery 1495. Vehicle pictures must have been Photoshop as there were sever big dent/cracks on front and back bumper which you could not see on images! I end up leaving dealership without car. Please safe yourself and don't waste your time with these guys. This happened to me 3 times from NJ and NY dealers. More

We’ve had horrendous experiences with other dealerships and the thought of going through it again frightened us. One day on our way home we decided to put our fears behind and finally walk in, one of the best decisions o our lives . Our sales guy Angel was phenomenal, answered every single question, made recommendations, understood our budget and desires. The next day we took the car our for a test drive and by the middle of the ride we were convinced this car was for us . I will extremely recommend this dealership and will be coming back when it’s time for an upgrade. Nyasia was also great and attentive. In a city full of dealerships you can’t go wrong with them More
