Salesman was quick to get the Jeep we were interested in ready for a test drive, which he let my wife and I take without him sitting in the back seat. When it got down to making the deal happen, Todd Roberts was profession without being overly pushy. Felt like I was treated fairly on my trade-in-value of my car. When I had questions concerning leasing vs purchasing, Kevin Keene provided excellent information and comparisons between the two, making the decision easy and informed. Todd and the service department were very helpful in getting an accessory installed prior to taking the Jeep home. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. More

Could have gotten better information from salesman We were told by the salesman we could get a security cover for items placed in the back of the Jeep. We found out later from the parts department tha We were told by the salesman we could get a security cover for items placed in the back of the Jeep. We found out later from the parts department that security covers are not made for the 2016. We were told that the Assist and 911 buttons on the rearview mirror were a free service. We were not informed about the 5 years of 24 hour roadside service that are supposed to be included with the vehicle. Could have done without the long wait and employees other than salesman trying to convince us that leasing is better than purchasing (neither of which were the fault of the salesman). Salesman was great at showing the various compartments and functions of vehicle. My first purchase at this dealership was as good as you can get. My last two purchases could have been better experiences, but still were above average. More
