I got another chance to be mobile!!!! They are very nice,polite and pleasant. I thought i would not be able to leave with a car. I took a leap of faith. She was really high on this place because she thought they would be the only place that could help her. I spoke with Lee before we went and she was great so I decided to look on their website to see what type of cars were being offered. I didn't see one car that was enticing but we still went to the dealership armed with all the negative reviews and visions of horrible cars dancing in our heads. We get to the dealership and it actually looks like a real dealership...even better than some other dealerships as they have a mini movie-theater and free popcorn (which my son loved). After speaking to Josh about her situation and filling out her credit application Josh came out and told her that her application was approved. She was approved for $7500..and he said with her $1000 down he may be able to push her into the $10,000 range. We went outside to look at the cars and every car was horrible...because we were are approaching winter she was looking for a suv...so he showed us a 2002 GMC Envoy that had 113,000 miles on it. It was the basic envoy and looked like they just bought the car from an auto auction for $1500 MAX. What was there asking price? 1 $13,200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT??!!!! We went back to the desk and while she was listening to all of Josh's logic I started doing a search to see the Blue Book value of the truck. The value of the truck in excellent condition was $4400. In the fair condition that this truck was in had the value at around $2600. They told her that she had to put down $1500 because there was no way they could accept a $1000 down payment for that "particular vehicle". He said that as if this was their top of the line vehicle!! It was a base model piece of crap!! Before he showed us that truck he was showing her older model Hyundais (back when Hyundai sucked..well before the 100,000 mile warranties and better craftsmanship and reliability). Most of the cars had dents and scratches and were in pretty bad shape. Well anyway, they told my son's mother that with the $1500 down her payment would be $470 per month ($235 bi-weekly to make it sound better) for 36 months. You do the math....(Jeopardy theme song plays).......yes..you got it...$18,420 she would pay for a car with a value of $2600. In three years?? The value would have been under $1000. What a bunch of crooks. That's how they can afford such a nice dealership. She was desperate but there was no way I was going to let her get a car from that place. I convinced her that we had to leave and that no matter how bad her credit (under 500 credit score and a one month old repossession) there was someone out there who would give her a chance and with a much better car. She was very skeptical as we left and very dejected. Well, only 48 hours later, she went to Rolls Auto Sales in Philadelphia and met with a great honest Salesman, Art. After a few phone calls back and forth and a two hour visit she is now driving a 2011 BMW X3 with 80,000 miles. Bluetooth, Navigation, Leather, Sunroof, EVERYTHING!!!! The car looks and runs brand new and they gave her a standard 24 month 30,000 mile warranty. Do not, i repeat DO NOT get a vehicle from B&B Auto Sales . There are always other options. ALWAYS. This place preys on the uninformed, desperate consumer. Do your research and do your math..don't be stupid. I hope B&B gets sued and shut down. I smell a class-action suit coming their way very soon. Its a shame to see him selling lemons, He's too talented. The quality of the cars are xx. My car have been in the shop every week for the last 2 months. New transmission, front suspension, needs an whole new drivers seat. Who knows what's next. I had the car for almost 4 months now. Avp service center is the glue that is holding my car together, John, Jennifer, Nick, Great people. They value their clients. More

Never again I will never again deal with b&b automotive. After 3 weeks of having my car I had to replace the motor after taken it to them 3 times they told me the I will never again deal with b&b automotive. After 3 weeks of having my car I had to replace the motor after taken it to them 3 times they told me there was nothing wrong with my car . A month later my tie rod snapped & they wanted to charge me $100 deductible for a $15 part . It turns out my 05 dodge neon had never had the tie rod replaced EVER. My tires where dry rotted soon after & after I was told inspection was on them they failed to tell me that I had to pay to have the emissions done & I showed up to the shop looking like an idiot with no money . The car was missing flood lights & my radio didn't work because my antenna was broken since I brought the car & I was told they where being replaced at no charge & a year later the still have not been replaced . I ended up paying $12000 for a car whose kelly blue book was only $3500 . This place is a joke , I was considering going back & trading my car in for another one but with all the trouble I've been having with them I will never go back ! They sucked me in because I was a broke college student who need a car but I now realize it was a waste of my money . More

My service experience I bought my Ford explorer and a couple weeks later my tailpipe broke I thought it would be a problem but I went to the dealership and they took care o I bought my Ford explorer and a couple weeks later my tailpipe broke I thought it would be a problem but I went to the dealership and they took care of it and I was in and out in roughly an hour. I was very pleased by that and I was able to enjoy the rest of my only day off!! More

Awesome!!!!!! I went in there after a recent repo and horrible credit and Kristian Ramos put me in exactly what I wanted quickly and effortlessly!!!!!!
