ON 03/30/2021 MY CAR WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHICH LEAD MY CAR TO BE TOWED AWAY TO THE BODY SHOP 1ST BECAUSE MOSS BMW IN LAFAYETTE LA SERVICE NEEDED MORE TIME TO GET IN. ADVISOR DOUGLAS BOUTTE WORST M LEAD MY CAR TO BE TOWED AWAY TO THE BODY SHOP 1ST BECAUSE MOSS BMW IN LAFAYETTE LA SERVICE NEEDED MORE TIME TO GET IN. ADVISOR DOUGLAS BOUTTE WORST MAN EVER, NO UNDERSTANDING AND FALSELY TOLD ME LIES AFTER MY CAR STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED. KEPT MY CAR OVER 30 DAYS NO COMMUNICATIONS, AFTER SPEAKING WITH MANY DIFFERENT CO-WORKERS WHO UNDERSTOOD BUT YET STILL DEALING WITH DOUG, SMH THEN CHARGES ME $2539.28 CLAIMING MAINTENANCE WORK, MORE LIES BECAUSE IT WAS FROM CAR ACCIDENT WHICH HE NOW STATES WE NEVER TOLD HIM THE CAR WAS IN, HALF xxx FIXED MY CAR . WE PICK UP AND PARK IT I WORKED AND TRAVEL COME HOME TO A FLAT TIRE AND SAME DAMAGE RIM THAT WAS NEVER REPLACED. CALL ,CALLED AND CALL, HE LEAVES A MESSAGES AFTER HOURS STATING WHAT DO I WANT ,..... A NEW RIM & TIRE .... HOW MUCH LONGER WILL IT TAKE AND YET HE HANG UP ON ME ... I'VE CALLED BACK LEFT MESSAGE FOR SUPERVISOR STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL. FIX MY CAR SO I CAN LEAVE AND NEVER RETURN TO THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES OR SALES..... SO DISRESPECTFUL, AND RUDE AND EXPECT YOU NOT TO GET UPSET.... CALL THE ATTORNEY - FIX AND GIVE ME MY CAR.... I will never have enough good to exclaim about Moss BMW. From the sale to servicing of my X5, it has been exemplary. I bought the car 7 moths ago and was thrilled about the purchase process. After the transaction Michelle delivered the car to my office. No need to spend time in the dealership. Also, working with Robert to get to the numbers was even easier. Now here is where everything really came together for me. I had a nail in one of tires and needed it repaired. I called Peake BMW and couldn't get anyone to give me the time of day. Michelle @ Moss BMW, arranged to bring me a loaner from Lafayette to New Orleans. Once the vehicle arrived to Lafayette, it was noticed that both rear tires had nails. Moss replaced both tires at no cost to me. Now mind you, I didn't ask for this to happen. I was blown away. From here forward, we are dedicated to buying our BMWs from Michelle & Robert @ Moss.
