Therefore, I stopped by Vista BMW Coconut Creek for a visit and was greeted by Fred. He was very engaging and said, "follow me," and introduced me to Nicole, a BMW Genius. He said, "Nicole is the best and will fix the pairing problem." He was correct, and has my gratitude. After shutting down a slew of IPhone apps, running in the background, she then paired my phone with Bluetooth, and brought back ApplePlay to my screen. She fixed it very quickly and I greatly appreciated her courtesy and expertise. She and Fred represent your firm in 5 star fashion. Great job and fine teamwork! Thanks so much! More
