Pleasantly surprised I am the proud owner of a mini clubman and was having difficulty navigating the menu with the radio and other features. I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bryan Rivera. I must say I am from the older generation and don’t understand all the gadgets and probably asked the same question a couple times. Bryan patiently answered my questions until I understood. I could tell he loves his job and is very good at it. Even though it was all done over the phone (which is definitely more challenging) I got the impression he is a very smart and professional employee. Hopefully one day I can stop to meet him when I’m sure I’ll have more questions. His customer service and knowledge is a true asset to your company. Bad situation turned out to be Great I came in for a scheduled appointment with Mr K Armstrong on 5/22/18. Appt. was 8:45 I was there at 8:25. I signed in and waited eventually he came an I came in for a scheduled appointment with Mr K Armstrong on 5/22/18. Appt. was 8:45 I was there at 8:25. I signed in and waited eventually he came and said I will be right with you I sat there until about 9.15 he was attending to every one but me. So I requested to speak with the manager I was directed to Howie he completely changed my day he was professional got me started with a loaner and I was on my way. What a awesome representative was he. He was emailing and calling me with updates about my vehicle and eventually it was ready on Friday. Hassle free I recommend Howie as employee of the month. As for Kevin Armstrong he needs to be re-trained by Howie. As a result of Howie I will stay with BMW. Great 👍🏿 customer service.
