Best service!!! Peter Armistrom...he is the best!! I got to Vista twice within 2 weeks. One day for regular service which Peter gave me a great loaner. The other day i had a nail in one of my tires. Ag I got to Vista twice within 2 weeks. One day for regular service which Peter gave me a great loaner. The other day i had a nail in one of my tires. Again Peter helped me after 6 PM contacting my insurance and replacing my tire. He even offered my a detailed cleaning. Peter is always smiling and doing above and beyond for his customers. I will always go back to Vista even leaving 2 miles away from the Fort Lauderdale location which i had a horrible experience in the past. More

There’s a reason why this BMW dealership has the worst reviews on every online site, and if you read through some of the them you’ll noticed a common cause - “DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE”. If it ever crossed your mind that going for a BMW you’re likely to receive an above standard service experience, than this location doesn’t apply. I dropped off my car to replace a punctured tire and after 1.5 hour wait time with an appointment, I was finally able to get a loaner. I had the loaner for two days and requested an extra two day extension to the manager due to a family emergency which he approved the extension with no added charge. When returning the loaner the following day everything I was told no longer applied. I then tried to speak with the same manager I spoke to last but was redirected to another manager (Nick Gamberdella), who I must say is the most horrible and disrespectful person I would ever expect from a company like BMW or any other company. He made it seem as if I had committed a crime for staying with the loaner for two extra days, and in the end made no effort to understand my situation. Now the previous time I had my car serviced it took them a week to get the car ready with all kinds of excuses, but then we the customers have no choice but to accept without any compensation and whatever you have to say makes no difference to them. Also don’t expect a call back from anyone in this dealership. So if you’d like to be treated with respect and have a good all around service experience do yourself a favor and go to another BMW dealership. More
