Oil Leak I paid almost $1600 to fix a oil leak on my 528i. Took the car home parked it and observed that there was oil on the ground underneath the car.. Every I paid almost $1600 to fix a oil leak on my 528i. Took the car home parked it and observed that there was oil on the ground underneath the car.. Everywhere the car is parked when it is moved there is oil on the ground. I also observed that the engine oil is not at the marking it originally was at. It is slowly decreasing. I quickly called the Service Advisor and left a message. I heard from him over two weeks later. He was on vacation. I took the car in at Vista hoping it would be check after leaking oil for almost a month. The Service Advisor took the key and came back and stated that the oil was residual from my leak. He checked the car not a Mechanic. He also wanted me to install new brakes that was not due until another 1000 miles. I refused the brakes job and told him my concern was the oil leak that I paid for. He told me that when I come back to get the brakes install he will get the leak check then. That was unacceptable. There is oil stains all over my driveway. I will be filing a complaint with the State. More
BMW LEASE PURCHASE AND GENIUS EXPERIENCE I walked into BMW with my boyfriend to pick up his car from the service department. We ran into a gentleman named Brian Rivera he was a BMW genius ex I walked into BMW with my boyfriend to pick up his car from the service department. We ran into a gentleman named Brian Rivera he was a BMW genius expert. My boyfriend wanted to learn how to use his multimedia interface with his new BMW he purchased. Not only was Brian willing to help he was extremely informative. We had no interest on purchasing a vehicle at this time but he wanted to tell us about the amazing end of the year event at the time. He then introduced us to his car sales manager. We sat down and first started comparing numbers on a lease agreement for a three series BMW. After walking around the show room I fell in love with the X1. A couple hours later my boyfriend and I drove home and both of our BMWs. My first enjoyable experience at any car dealership I've ever been to. More

I had to get a loaner after taking back my car for the 4th because of a recurring issue, when i was driving the loaner on 95 a little rock hit the car and made a dent smaller than the size of a penny. Took back the loaner and they wanted to charge me 500 dollars!! First of all i had the loaner because the car that you sold me had an issue, if i was driving my car that would've been covered with my insurance. I talked to the manager, he said he was going to get back to me... it's been a year and i'm still waiting for his call. Very very disappointed!! More

CAN'T EVEN CHANGE THE OIL PROPERLY! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! This was my first and last service visit to Vista BMW. I brought my 2013 X5 35d in for routine service and oil change. First, the it became obvious th This was my first and last service visit to Vista BMW. I brought my 2013 X5 35d in for routine service and oil change. First, the it became obvious that although I had several service issues, which were covered under warranty, the service rep had an excuse for not doing anything except an oil change. I also had several question about minor technical issues. The BMW genius, who is about 30 years old, treated me as is I was completely stupid. I am a veteran USN nuclear submarine electronic technician and retired electronic controls engineer. I asked specifically about the cell phone disclaimer on all new BMW windshields(upper left corner) which states the the warranty is voided if you use a cellphone without an outside antenna. None of the BMW reps, salesmen or sales managers could give me a straight answer on this simple question. I left Vista, when the oil change was completed and later found out that they ha overfilled the oil. I discovered this on a road trip to Connecticut. The BMW dealer in Hartford CT (New Country) corrected the overfill. Thank goodness that New Country BMW were capable and very professional. STAY AWAY FROM VISTA BMW at Coconut Creek FL. More
