I brought my vehicle in for a recall. It was my first visit to BMW of SLO. Turned out my vehicle needed some additional service & Richard was great. Richard was quite personable, professional and responsive. I think that he was working under difficult conditions yesterday. I brought my car in the shop in response to an offer for a free 27-po responsive. I think that he was working under difficult conditions yesterday. I brought my car in the shop in response to an offer for a free 27-point inspection, and it appeared that the service department was overwhelmed by customer response because the 1-hour task (according to the promotional brochure) took nearly 3 hours. But I have no complaints about Richard's performance. More
