My 2016 X5 needed servicing. I got an appointment with loaner in 2 days. Richard Haystee greeted me at the door and was courteous, friendly, efficient and professional in the s I got an appointment with loaner in 2 days. Richard Haystee greeted me at the door and was courteous, friendly, efficient and professional in the service intake and loaner paperwork. 2 hours later he called to tell me the car was in the wash bay and I could pick it up. The cost was consistent with his estimate. I highly recommend Richard and BMW of SLO for servicing needs. More

I have always been impressed with the service at BMW of SLO, and it just keeps getting better. I brought in my 330xi for service yesterday and amazed by the level of service Richard provided. I was gree SLO, and it just keeps getting better. I brought in my 330xi for service yesterday and amazed by the level of service Richard provided. I was greeted by name, helped immediately, and was on my way in a loaner in less than 10 minutes. I was told it would take a few hours, but got a call in less than 2. Picking up our just washed car was also quick, taking just a few minutes. Thank you Richard for the excellent customer service. More
