I LOVE THIS DEALERSHP!!! I just got my second new BMW in 6 months from them. Dolan Hossain and Makayla Mier took great care of me both times!! In November, I replaced my 7 ser I just got my second new BMW in 6 months from them. Dolan Hossain and Makayla Mier took great care of me both times!! In November, I replaced my 7 series. They helped me get out of my old one 2 months early and they got me an amazing deal on my new one. There was no bitter haggling. Just a few pleasant phone calls and text messages. I drove up the next day and dropped off the old one and picked up the new one. I had a very nice dinner in Santa Barbara on the way home. I just made a deal with them for a new X5. Dolan and Makayla found me just the car that I wanted from their network and got me out of my old one 5 months early. Again, no unpleasant haggling. Just two phone calls, a few texts, and voila, a great deal on exactly the car that I wanted. This time, they're trucking the new X5 down to me and picking up the old one. I never had to leave my house. I'm a BMW guy and I've had a lot of I've aggressively shopped dealers in the LA area in the past. I've gotten BMWs from dealers all over Southern California. It has been a lot more hassle for inferior results. WOW!! I WOULD GIVE Dolan, Makayla, and Coast BMW 6 STARS IF I COULD!! More

Where do I begin...I am a current college student that will be needing a new car within the next few months or so, and decided to test drive a few cars around the area to see what my options were. At Coa will be needing a new car within the next few months or so, and decided to test drive a few cars around the area to see what my options were. At Coast BMW a very friendly woman named Kari helped a friend and I select a new 335i, and we got to drive it to see how it all worked out. Aside from liking the car, I also enjoyed Kari's friendliness and knowledge. Though she mainly works with the Nissans next door, she definitely knew a thing or two about the BMW we drove. No questions asked, no pressure, no sales pitch, no hassle. This is what I expected, and this is what I received. She's a very understanding person! After visiting a few other dealers in the area, it's great to know I can call Coast BMW in the future without feeling unwelcome. I highly recommend checking this dealer out if you ever need a BMW or Nissan. Ask for Kari --you most certainly won't regret it. More

This place was not willing to deal. I submitted an Internet quote and was determined to buy that car that day.When I called and spoke to the Internet manager, he said he would check on things for me. After that,I asked to speak to the same guy and gave him the details of what I wanted.I already heard from 3 dealerships but wanted to try to buy local. This guy was not willing to deal and I had to call him back.Then Chris did help me but he had no authority to deal so.... I spoke to the Internet manager again and gave him my proposition.He shot me down right away and I said ok and ending up making a deal with another dealership 1 hour away from here.The funny thing was an hour later, the Internet managers calls me back telling me I could have what I want.by this point, the other dealer had run my credit and was finishing my paperwork.These guys had the nerve to ask me to walk away from my deal I was about to sign and come there instead.I said no because I do not go back on my word.This place does not deal....Locals go elsewhere if you want to save. More
