Mr. Okon, My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is always very disappointing to me, and through this program I have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues from your visit to us. First, let me offer my apologies for the situation you faced with the shuttle service during your service visit - it is certainly not the experience we want to create for our clients and especially not a client visiting us for the first time. There are a few point of you review and your BMW survey I would like to touch on. You spoke with one of my Service Manager's Audley who apologized for your experience and as you say offered you a no charge oil change rather than FIXING the problem by comping the 1/2 hour labor charge. Frankly it would be less expensive for us to comp the $58.65 worth of labor you were charged for your visit than offer you the free oil change as we did. We offered you the oil change at no charge in the hopes that you would be ameanable to giving us another opportunity to show you how we truly operate. Your visit with us seems to have gone wrong (our mistakes) on many levels and we do pride ourselves on the service we provide and are certainly concerned and embarassed when we don't provide the level of service our BMW clients have come to expect. That's why that next oil change offer is important to us , we'd welcome the opportunity to show you this visit was and anomaly and not our norm. I will be happy to have Vegard (your service advisor) complete an estimate for the 6 items you asked us to look at in addition to your oil change and your bulb. I can have him email them to you if you'd like. Lastly, we do truly appreciate your given us the opportunity to meet and service your vehicle the other day. As you referenced we do offer a complimentary wash and vacumn on every vehicle brought in for service. I am sorry to hear about the bird poop on your door and will be happy to rewash your vehicle at your convenience if you'd like to swing by. Thanks for taking a few minutes to fill out the dealer rater review and the BMW survey - I look forward to working with you to resolve the concerns and issues you had during your visit positively and amicably. Our BMW expertise and true customer service level is so much higher than what you experienced on your only visit to us. It is one of the reasons we were awarded the BMW Center of Excellence last year by BMW of North America. I would welcome the opportunity to show you just how great we can be. Thank you for your comments regarding your recent service visit to our facility. As we discussed off line, I appreciate you taking a few minutes to voice your opinion of your visit. We work very hard everyday to make each and every clients visit a pleasurable one. Occassionally however, we fall short of that goal. It is truly a shame that on your one and only visit to our center you weren't able to experience us at our best. I was however happy to hear that during my Service Manager's discussion with you, he offered you your next oil change at no charge. This will give us a second opportunity to show you how good we can be. Reviewing your repair order it looks as if we diagnosed and had recommendations for all 7 concerns (in addition to the oil change)you asked us to look at. Each item has the recommended repair listed on its associated line. If you would like additional information on any of these recommendations I would be happy to discuss that that with you at your convenience. I promise you that we will continue to work hard everyday to provide all of our clients a true BMW experience. This experience includes everything from respecting your time, and properly diagnosing and repairing your vehicle to providing a timely shuttle service and a complimentary car wash and vacuum every time you visit us. Speaking of which, I would be happy to have your 2001 325i rewashed and vacuumed while you wait whenever is convenient for you.
