I recently brought my 2024 BMW X1 M35i in after discovering that the rear left rotor was heavily corroded on the inside. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and ensured that everything was handled with care. The technicians inspected and resurfaced the rear rotors, replaced the pads as needed, and completed the work on time with no surprises. I also appreciated the complimentary loaner vehicle, which was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and hassle-free. Technician jeremy was real good and the only reason i come to this dealership is because of him and the advisor elena made it difficult for me to choose him because he worked next door even though they a come to this dealership is because of him and the advisor elena made it difficult for me to choose him because he worked next door even though they are the same company.
