Thorough and polite advisor and prompt service. However car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time. I’ll never buy another BMW and will never take mine back to this dealership, or any BMW dealship at this point after my experience the other day. For the first time I took my car to another place for an to this dealership, or any BMW dealship at this point after my experience the other day. For the first time I took my car to another place for an oil change and being covid rules I was in the car the whole time. The oil plug broke off and when they showed it to me the threads were all stripped from the previous oil change. They were able to extract the broken plug and had a plug to use but mentioned because of the damaged threads to get it for repair asap and made it clear it was whoever did the previous oil change that had done the damage. While in the car I made an appmt with BMW down the road and I know that all my previous services had been done there. Only 10,000 miles were on the car since the last change and I was down to the last green bar on the service lights. So I know it was last done at the Bellevue BMW since I’ve only ever taken it there. Last time I was there they liked the custom work on my Z3 enough they asked to show it off in the showroom for a couple days when it was in for its last service. When I got to the service dept the first thing I mentioned was I just wanted to figure out first who did the last oil change to know who did the damage and then take it from there. They guy wouldn’t even look at it unless I put down about $200 and proceeded to blame me for everything including telling me my car had never been to the dealership before, telling me any damage was caused by the oil change place I just came from and trying to make me look like an idiot and a liar every time I said something. I didn’t have any paperwork at the time since I drove straight there. The condescending and arrogant attitude of the service department made me mad enough I left. Back home sure enough I have all the paperwork from past services there showing the last one 10k miles ago at BMW Bellevue and who did the work. Its long enough ago it wouldn’t be covered by a warranty anyway and I never even asked for anything other than just to first find out who did the work. I wouldn’t trust this place to do another oil change let alone any other service and the attitude of the service department alone will keep me from ever coming back. More
Uncommunicative and disinterested.Left a Google review outlining our experience. No status updates for 3 business days (and we were only getting a tire replaced) difficult to speak to some one directly we outlining our experience. My husband is still there waiting for our car because we have no faith that they will respond to us if we are not on site. Ready for a new car in August and we will go elsewhere and not use this dealership again More
BMW Bellevue WA: Poor service. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the tires I needed for my preset appointment. They said yes, we have the tires you need. Then the day of our appointment, after wa make sure they had the tires I needed for my preset appointment. They said yes, we have the tires you need. Then the day of our appointment, after waiting for 30 minutes, they did not have my tires. They made us another appointment, and on that day, guess what.... only had 2 tires. Each of these appointments required that we rearrange important work meetings, childcare, and healthcare appointments. With all the people unemployed out there, you would think that someone would try a little harder to get this right. Don't make an appointment to install TIRES without what?; the TIRES! Someone in management needs to be fired over there. More
