Thorough, Honest, and Straight Forward I drive a lot and buy more than my fair share of cars. It is rare to find a salesman that follows through with things much less does what he says he I drive a lot and buy more than my fair share of cars. I can say that the experience with Scott went far beyond my expectations. From the moment he got my internet inquiry he treated me and the transaction with respect. He called to make sure he understood my questions and then saw them through until they were fully answered never pushing for the sale. When we got down to #'s the process was fair and efficient. I drove from CT to buy this car, when I arrived at the dealership everything was ready and the car was as promised making it very easy to get my car and go. I couldn't have asked for more of a straight shooter, he is a asset to this dealership and I hope to have the opportunity to do business with him again in the future. More

After almost two months of running in circles, and feeling stressed out and frustrated, I was sitting at my desk and thought why not contact Bloomfield BMW.... why not, Right? xxxx, I’d been everywhere else with no luck. So, I started reading the reviews online and loved what everyone was saying about Scott. Well, I called and left a message for him, not really expecting and return call.... Ha, this guy called me back in about 30 mins!! This man is amazing, everything that others wrote, was spot on. He listened to me and worked his A** off to find me just what I wanted.... He exceeded my expectations!! He returned calls, to keep me abreast, he was very engaging, professional, extremely friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. It feels like I’ve known Scott for years. He is truly a Blessing and a breath of fresh air. I told him if he was able to pull off getting me what I wanted, he was a Miracle Man... and that he is!!! BMW auto's don't have to be pitched & pushed they are outstanding performers (our 5th) but so is Scott and the entire dealership. Scott was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable, he also listened to what the customer wanted to accomplish and then worked on making it an even better package for you. All stress-free for the customer. He followed through on every detail the day we picked it up and even handled the return of our lease ( not purchased at this dealership) for us. Paul Wilman and BMW of Bloomfield Are The Best Of The Best! I knew I was going to lease a vehicle from Paul Wilman and BMW of Bloomfield after about 5min of speaking with him. I walked in about 30 min before cl I knew I was going to lease a vehicle from Paul Wilman and BMW of Bloomfield after about 5min of speaking with him. I walked in about 30 min before closing and was expecting to be pushed out the door as a competitor did the night before. Not the case at all! Paul sat down with me and thoroughly explained my options and offered to let me test drive two different vehicles as the doors were about to close. Paul didn't look at his watch once the entire time! We returned about 20 minutes after closing and I didn't even sign that evening because I was still scheduled to visit two other dealerships the following day. Not once did Paul and Jon make me feel like I just wasted their time. I was so impressed that I made sure to stop there first the next morning. I never made it to the competitors dealerships. I ended up signing with Paul for my 330i Xdrive that morning. Top notch advisor and dealership!! More

Best experience buying a BMW ever!!! I never leave reviews but the experience I had with Scott Marlowe deserves one. This is my sixth time buying a BMW and due to the fact my regular Clie I never leave reviews but the experience I had with Scott Marlowe deserves one. This is my sixth time buying a BMW and due to the fact my regular Client Advisor is now working for a Porsche dealer I had to find a new Client Advisor. I was hesitant to contact Scott due to bad experiences I had with Client Advisors from BMW of Bloomfield years ago but he had a great DealerRater profile so I decided to give him a try. I emailed 5 BMW dealers for a quote and Scott was the first to respond and the first to provide a quote for exactly what I wanted. I didn’t need to see the other quotes because I knew Scott’s would be the best deal based on previous purchases I made. Once I met Scott he treated me very professionally and took the time to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. I was able to get in and out of there in 20 minutes tops. This was definitely the best experience I had buying a BMW ever. More
