I normally would have avoided the dealership fr Years ago I bought a used Mini Cooper S from Bloomfield BMW and had a less than wonderful experience. I normally would have avoided the dealership from that point on, but I was recently looking for a used BMW with the M-sport package in one of only a few colors and Bloomfield had one. With the previous experience in the back of my mind, I came in to the dealership less than enthusiastic but Scott Marlowe won me over and I now couldn't be happier. Scott is an extremely friendly guy, but more importantly, he's very straightforward and patient. Never once did he pressure me or harass me with calls while I was waffling between a 5 series and a 3 series. Even when I ultimately decided to go with the 3 series, he never tried to upsell. Being the type of buyer who shops around and loves to haggle, I generally don't like salespeople or their transparent sales techniques, but Scott is not that kind of sales guy and I couldn't be happier. Got a good deal on a great car and I'll be continuing to shop at Bloomfield BMW in the future as long as Scott Marlowe is there. More
