At a friends suggestion, we called BMW of Bloomfield and was given the pleasure of dealing with Scott Marlowe. I knew exactly what I was looking for...every feature, interior/exterior colors...very specific! When I tell you Scott went above and beyond, he went into work on his day off and located a car that matched my specs perfectly. He was extremely reassuring that even though it was "sight unseen", this was exactly what I was asking for and the numbers were matched as well. Having never dealt with the dealership or Scott, I was a bit apprehensive but decided to give the go ahead on the car! Scott returned every call and/or text message immediately, even called me on a Sunday (can you tell I was nervous about this?? LOL) and had more patience than anyone I know, with my numerous questions/concerns. We drove up to the dealership yesterday, met Scott for the first time! He had all the paperwork ready and waiting for signatures and he delivered the "perfect" car. It has everything I had asked for and then some! So if you're looking for an awesome car buying/leasing experience, Scott Marlowe is your guy!!! More

Scott Marlowe is the BEST! Hi, I was looking for a first car for my son & daughter.. It was labor day and everyone was in rush, we reached Bloomberg BMW just before closing. Scott was kind enough to receive us and promised to bring the SMILE to our face with excellent quality of service and by getting us the car what we need. He narrowed down the car inventory and showed us which matched perfectly to our need. He was very polite, very professional and didn't put any pressure to buy the car. He gave us the best price, and once deal is finalized made promise to keep car ready following day for delivery. Next day everything (Loan etc) was done over the phone. I also must say when he called me there was a problem with my phone, but he still called me few times to make sure I get message and I get best interest rate. When we went to pick up the car, it was ready with shine. I would strongly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make our whole family happy and arranged a dream car for my kids. Thanks!!
