Customer Service & Friendlies I am always satisfied when I visit BMW of Bloomfield. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and they strive to make sure their customers are happy. This particular time it was my first yearly appointment and Corey was my advisor. He kept me updated every part of the way and made sure that I had a loaner car being though the service was going to take a few days. Corey notified me as soon as my car was ready. Less than a mile down the road my engine light censor came on so I went back in dissatisfaction. Upin arrival i was greeted with the most warmest smiles that my attitude simmered down. Then I was introduced to April who squared everything away and made sure that I was beyond satisfied. As I sat and waited for another loaner car April made sure that everything was running smoothly but also made sure that my 5 year old daughter was occupied. April really WOWED me with her patience with my daughter, and her getting to know my daughter's likes. That was Superb customer service and child friendliness! You do not find to many businesses ran that way. April has been great and has went above and beyond, I truly thank you. Also Angela thank you for being understanding in your department, I appreciate you. More

Good customer service I used roardside assistance to have my car towed from Jersey City to Bloomfield BMW on 7/14 because of a flat tire. I did not receive my car back unti I used roardside assistance to have my car towed from Jersey City to Bloomfield BMW on 7/14 because of a flat tire. I did not receive my car back until 7/18 because the tire was not in stock and had to be ordered. I had to follow up on the status of my car myself and wish that someone contacted me to update me and offer me a loaner. I started to work with April Quist, service manager who was wonderful. She executed all of her promises and was diligent in calling me back and making sure that I was satisfied with my service. As promised, my car was delivered to my home on 7/18 by 11am as agreed upon. Every time I speak to April, I feel comforted that she'll take care of me. I don't have a cap that covers the tow hitch (it was either not put on properly or towing company didn't deliver it with the car). I informed April of that and she offered to order me a new one at no charge in addition to mailing my documents. Thank you April! More
